shouldn't be any law against a barking dog, at least not during the day. Can't leave a barking dog out during the night though.

I hate white trash cockoaches, they make me vomit.

Well the plot did thicken. After walking my dog our neighbour came out and asked us if we had gotten a visit from the By-Law police, and then told me she did too. She has two dogs that don't bark a quarter as much as Coffee does so I found that odd. BUT apparently she's been having trouble with her neighbour AND the white trash that live behind us. They use to kinda talk and hang out in the backyards but they all got into a fight and she assumed that they called the police on her and we just got caught in the cross-fire. Really not that this wasn't coming to us sooner or later, my mom leaves him out barking in the morning until everyone in the house is awake and then takes him inside. But she's learned her lesson.

As for the barking during the day I think we're pretty untouchable. He only barks are running, screaming kids or if he wants in (which is very different from his "shut the hell up you crazy kids"-bark. But I walk him for at least 20 minutes a day (normally he gets tired after that) so I'M untouchable.
