yeah it's true... generally a few missed assignments doesnt mean doomsday or anything, as long as you get them in eventually or else do well on the rest of your stuff i'm sure it will be fine :) what are your classes on?

Depends. Talk to your professors, if they are sane they will be understanding when you explain the circumstances.
