I don't see anywhere on that posting where it says driving is required, only daily travel to schools. And there are other ways to travel besides driving. Check out the paratransit service, or talk to the interviewer and see if there's anyone else who can get you there. Or talk about what schools you typically go to and see how far you would need to travel, and if it would be possible to get to those various places via public transit.

Bummer...I agree it looks like an awesomely fun job...one I might be interested in doing if it didn't cut my salary in half.
