So anyone else tired of hearing about the MTV whatever awards? I am but I think it just might be me. I did watch it though don’t tell my producers. Basically to see if my boys from simple plan would win. (what was with that?) Oh, and to see Good Charlotte kick the ass that I know they can

Critics are bitches. I enjoyed Good Charlottes performance. That was the only thing worthy of watching in that two hour mess of an awards show.

I think Linkin Park and Coldplay won the awards they beat us for. They're good bands and they're not prefabricated.

I've always felt that way too, and it just hit me the possible solution for all this, I think MTV needs a seperate channel for their Road Rules and Real World and The Osbournes and Punk'd and other reality/non-music shows. Oh and that new one with Nick and Jessica whoever from one of the boybands that should be killed. I mean you're right, they don't focus on music, even on TRL they play a whole 10 seconds of each video, not even the whole thing.

That's why they came up with MTV2 which in the rest of the article it talked about how it was mostly college music with the pop up of a good song here or there. They have kick ass shows about the music but it's not music television if they don't have< the music. I mean I love most of their shows but I don't understand why a music station would come up with that anyway. What does Surf Girls have to do with music?
Ew I hate Nick and Jessica they should both drown.

But hardly anyone gets MTV2 so it was stupid to make. Yeah they could have given it another name instead of MusicTV with all of these shows, but when it first came out when I was like 5 or something I guess it had only music on it, imagine that.

But more people are able to get MTV2 than Fuse. Which sucks.
MTV, playing music? I don't believe it.
