It has just been an awful day, from a really hard midterm, plus two last week, one tomorrow, and 2 papers due thursday. In addition, seeing the ex holding hands with some girl on campus. Not the best sight to see on a weak stomach from stress and a bad diet for the past week. Sigh, I just need to relax and focus for tomorrow, one day at a time

There were so many days that I was so absorbed in my stress that I forgot to enjoy the little things. So just remember, the beauty of life is in the details. Like the graffiti on the ground. Or that spring day, when they first sell daffodils on Sproul. Or even the smell of the air after the rain stops (I'm living in Seattle, this is a small pleasure I've become very aware of). There are a thousand things in every day. So when you're feeling down, just stop for a moment, and one will present itself.
