A Call--To What?

I few weeks ago, I received an invitation to an event that would involve worship, fasting, and prayer for my city and the nation--The Call. Despite my trepidation about the leadership of IHOP, my theological differences with the Kansas City folks, and my cautiousness about allowing emotional group gatherings to create a false "spiritual high" in me

I'd be very interested to hear your thoughts. I have a lot of friends who moved to Kansas City and are really into the IHOP culture. I have mixed feelings about everything and have read lots of mixed reviews about the leadership and whatnot.

I do know that when I have been to the house of prayer there, I have really felt the Lord. So I don't know what to think about everything.

How did it go ?

I've been retracing a lot of my own beliefs lately and how the culture I've grown up in has affected them ... and I'm quite curious.
