'came home from a weekend in DC to find the house *inside* temperature about the same as the *outside* temperature...46 degrees. It looks like I'll have to wait until tomorrow morning to get the furnace blower motor replaced. sigh...'time to throw another log on the fire...

Time to break out the expedition sleeping bag! (Standard issue for all Oregonians... I don't know what people do back east.)

'actually can't remember the last time I *had* a sleeping bag! Or maybe I can...it was the hike in the Sierra Nevada a *few* years ago--that was the last time...

At least I got the temperature in the Den up in to the low 50's. That's "sleepable" with a few blankets and futon thrown on the floor.
