すごい! A 210km ride? That's not too shabby. I have a century ride coming up in a few months. I'm trying to get something put together for the training...panniers, repair kit, supplies...

So...umm...what do you ride? Trek? Specialized? I know...Quintana Roo! ^_^

Details! I want details!!!

Well...be sure it is a proper fit for your body. That's almost more important than how the bike is configured. Once you get the fit out of the way, then you can start re-building it the way you like.

That's what I've started to do with this old Trek 7900 frame...and it *has* been educational tearing the thing down to bare frame.

Though...growing up I was always better at tearing down than getting it put back together! sigh...
