1- Duplicate your base, set it to screen. Then duplicate the screen layer. Go back to your base, duplicate it again and set it so soft light. ( So you should now have in order : base, soft light layer, and the two layers set to screen)
2- Layer --> New Ajustment Layer --> Curve
RGB : Input = 113
Output = 140
3- Layer --> New Ajustment Layer --> Color Balance
Midtones : Cyan/Red = -30
Majenta/Green = +3
Yellow/Blue = +16
4- Layer --> New Ajustment Layer --> Hue/Saturation
Saturation = +28
5 - Layer --> New Ajustment Layer --> Selective Colors
REDS :
C = -45
Y = + 57
YELLOWS :
C = -22
Y = 26
B = -18
CYANS :
C = +100
M = +100
Y = -82
B = -17
BLUES :
C = +100

And you're done. :) Results will definitely change with different screencaps. I've tried this tutorial with other screencaps and it wasn't always looking that good, so don't be afraid to make some adjustements if you're not satisfied with the result.
