Do many people in Bangladesh smoke cigarettes? I've always wondered in places where the way to say hello involves putting hands on or around your face, what happens if you're smoking.

Haha, in spite of the crazy pollution people do smoke cigarettes. Women definitely don't though, they might get stoned or something if they did. I think they just keep it in their mouth or hold the cigarette with their left hand...sometimes though, you don't really need to do the hand salute palm-up thing. Only for formal stuff.
