So some I've seen in the past week will have already heard this story, but I chronicle it here for your amusement.

Katie has developed a charming trait of "vocalizing" as pediatricians call it; you might recognize it as caterwalling.  She'll start off with a few giggle-like babbles, and progress--sometimes rapidly--to high pitched shrieks resembling
