Since this is a public post, don't post ideas here, but ... send em in to me or post about them in the FB group or I'll start a restricted LJ community or something. Please no pidgeon post.
If you're reading this and are interested in having a Herald Imaginary title, please comment (here, or on SCAHRLDS, or the SCA Heraldry Chat group on FB) and state your name and the title which you are claiming (both of these things are required). It is not required to state by which authority you claim the title, though some do; simply claiming it is sufficient. No duplicate titles; most titles are food or alcohol-related.
