Sewing. Tonight. I've got to get working on my project for HRM. The sewing room needs some tidying, but there's lots of house space for cutting and I can tidy pretty quick.

It's a lucious green with yellow/gold brocade (and not nasty shiny gold - that soft kinda golden yellow color), that'll be a tolerable replacement for silk ... ok, if I line it in something else.

I may have to take a picture.

*giggle* "100% polyester... eight dollars a yard"? This sounds more like a troll... or a snark. (Snarking your earlier self perhaps?)

I hate polyester and most other synthetics (though I'm ok with rayon blends). That goes for regular fabric and double for SCA stuff.

The polyester in question is a lucious green with yellow/gold brocade (and not nasty shiny gold - that soft kinda golden yellow color), that'll be a tolerable replacement for silk ... ok, if I line it in something else.
