A brief update.

For one, my LJ client tells me that at this very moment (my favorite time, 12:34), I should send happy thoughts to faheud on the occasion of his natal day. While many people do lie to LJ about that date, I believe that happy thoughts are not without their merit for him at this time, and gladly do I send some to him.

I have seen the glory that you have helped give birth to, and I SMILE! (in a combination of admiration, understanding, mirth, and reverence)

I have also seen the volume of talk on the discussion list, but have not really read, simply glanced through (I have been working on Glory autocrating this last week).

I have already begun on Rampart, getting the user account work complete. I have some definite ideas on what I want to see, but I'm not sure where I rank in the "getting my way" category. Perhaps I should get more lively on the list.

Hm. I'd probably skip on the user account work for now. We'll want to use the same user account access goo that we're be using for Wharrow and Wimble (which has the benefit of keeping login identical across all three sites, plus code reuse). Of course, that'll prompt me to actually make those two do what I really -mean- them to do. ;)

For what you want to see, we definitely want to know about that. When you can, please comment on the list. That'll be a good way to get your ideas implemented. ;)

Which is also to say what wulfsdottir said in response to your post - you and F are going to be the ones using it. I can't promise you a million dollars and a pony, but if it doesn't work for you and F, it's useless. We want it to work for you.
