Sendspace did a complete 180. The site is finally cooperating with me and they go and make some radical changes. Go figure.

How can sendspace Lite™ be free?

sendspace Lite™ fully relies on advertising to support this free service. Providing server web space and bandwidth is costly. We rely on advertisers. If you are interested in advertising to hundreds of thousands of unique users a day, please use our contact form for more details.

What is the file size limit?

You can upload large files up to 300MB each. Experience has shown that files larger than 300MB can be difficult to upload and download for some users. If you want to send files that are larger than 300MB, you will need to split them first. The server will not allow uploads of files that exceed this limit.

What is sendspace Max™?

sendspace Max™ is an optional way to get maximum performance for very little cost. You can download up to a massive 4GB a day and upload as much as you want! There are no speed limits and sendspace Max™ gives you unlimited parallel downloads and high priority download slots so you can get that file in the fastest time. Your uploaded files are always available and they will not be removed even if inactive for as long as you are a sendspace Max™ user.

How fast can I download a file?

The actual download speed achieved is dependant on the type of your connection to the Internet and traffic using the Internet at any given time. If you want downloads at maximum speed, join sendspace Max™ for guaranteed performance. It is also possible to download more than one file at a time if you have a sendspace Max™ account.

Can I resume a broken download?

This feature is not available for sendspace Lite™ users. You can resume broken downloads if you have a sendspace Max™ account using a browser or software that supports this. You can also use a download accelerator if you wish. Please keep in mind that we do not guarantee resumes of broken downloads, your success depends heavily on the software you are using.
