my dad did get what was coming to him. he lost the custody battle. my mom now has full custody so we see our dad when we wanna see him. he's having to pay child support too. i think he's paying 300 a week. and if he gets more than a month behind he goes to jail. so he got what he deserved

I am glad your mom won the custody battle.. but I am sorry about your dad going and appealing it. He never was a good dad to yall.. it seems like all he has ever cared about was the wife or girlfriends he's had at the time. I think it is dumb for your mom to have to pay childsupport for yall even though she's the one that has yall.. and I also think its dumb for your dad to try and get u outa college since he says he didnt give you permission to go there. What kind of a person is he to even think he has any right to give you 'permission'. It's ur life.. and u are doing the best you can just to be there.. so thats just dumb. Anyways.. i know people here are mean. they have turned this livejournal thing into something more than what it was. its annoying. im not worried about anyone here cause i know what ive done and i know that its not as bad as 95% of the things some people i know do. anyways....my grandma aint startin chemo until then end of this week or next week and shes gonna try and do it on fridays so she can have to days for it to have an effect on her so she can keep going back to work. my brothers start mortimer jordan either wednesday or thursday and once they are enrolled the judge aint gonna withdraw them so theres an even bigger chance my mom will win again and this time i have to go to court cause i have to tell them about my dad try to keep me from going to college and make sure they know that if i go back with him he wont let me go then i definately will have to move out on own which may not be that bad. anyways.... happy one day late birthday (sorry about not saying something yesterday but i had a lot of things to do) and thanks for standing up ( ... )
