i think if i remember correctly in the cabbage rolls is brown rice and corn and mushrooms. pesto lasts for a very very very long time. mine has basil, olive oil, and pine nuts. super yummy.
i made a tomato soup recently. it's so much better than the canned crap. i love cabbage rolls too...anything cabbage really... glad you are eating healthy stuff...by trying to control our own cooking, we can actually eat more, feel fuller and not have all the chemicals, excess fat, sugar, etc that is out there in restaraunts...although tis easier said than done.

the cupcakes look divine (as vegan baked goods always are <3).
i've been wanting to make my own pesto for some time now. does it spoil quickly or stay fresh in the fridge for a while?
