So tonight Andy and I bought new lights for our tree. The old (Wal-mart) lights clamed to be chasing lights, however, they only alternated with a cycle length of 2! Yeah they are going back. So we were shopping at Sears and they had lights that perform 8 different functions, all of which I must tell you are very cool

It is not that I didn't believe you, I just had never heard of it called that. I always thought a commode was just a toilet. I stand informed and corrected.

haha. I've never heard the phrase "i stand informed"...only "i stand corrected."

I wasn't really sure how popular the name "commode" was anyway. It's just something my dad told me about two of these octogonal end table my grandmother used to have.

So really, it was just as much for my benefit as yours. It is a strange strange name. I'm curious, though, as to which one was named "commode" first: the toilet or the end table. haha.

I have to admit, just scrolling through your post I thought the one caption said "tree with naked Andy", and I looked at the picture and I was like "He's not naked!!!" Then I re-read it and I was like "Oh... the tree is naked. I get it.

BTW I also knocked my Christmass tre over a couple days ago and as such have rearranged my living room just a little bit so I can put it on a more stable surface. I wonder if this is a common occurrence...

I haven't knocked mine over, but mine was on the ground to begin with. Plus, it's bigger than I am and I'm not sure knocking it over is really possible unless i fall on top of it myself.
