I'm seriously considering it. If things don't work out in the next few months at my current job though, I may be building a new business instead. I've been noticing all of the many prime storefronts that are empty downtown and thinking to myself how much lovelier it would be for them to be a massage studio rather than a sports bar/meat market. If that ends up happening the house will probably have to wait unless I start bringing in wads more money than I expect to. (though the anticipated twelve hour work days that a first year business would bring would make for good money savings). I'll know a lot better in late winter, say February or March.
