I pulled a completely insufferable #whitewhine out of my ass and the guy said whoever did put the order in, labeled it wrong. Obviously to appease me, he said they

A guy labeled it wrong. You were okay to complain about it. It's perfectly fine to pull a "You guys screwed up, now fix it please, kthnxbai."

That's what I thought, too. Of course it was their computer against my word, but I got the rug yesterday and it's great so everything is right with the universe.
