Where to start with my monthly update? =P Guess I'll start with the whole living situation thing, which is that I am still going to be "that guy" in the parents' basement for some time longer. I can see both sides of this argument for you making asst. manager, and unfortunately, the standard that's held to is that good salesperson -> good manager. I agree, it's BS, but it's just the way the working world works(Trying not to sound jaded, can't you tell? ^^;). Hang in there, though, I'm sure everything will work out for you.
