Meet Tilney. He's a four-month-old kitten, super sweet and very mellow; I think he'll make a wonderful buddy for Knightley.

It'll be interesting to see if your kitten will allow you to keep him shut away for as long as you plan to--Abby wasn't having any of that nonsense when I tried to follow the 'internet script'. :-p

Yay for kitties! I hope your two get along as well as my girls do. They're both such adorable boys. :-)

Oh, so you did this "introducing" thing as well, eh? How did it go for you? I got Bingley and Knightley together; they'd been in the same room in the shelter, so there were no worries about them socializing. I think Knightley will be fine, but it's still a hope at this point.

So far, Tilney is absolutely fine with the closed door. He sleeps when I'm not there (and sometimes when I am)-- not a meow or peep. I think he's so relieved to have his own place, it hasn't occurred to him to even want more of the house. We'll see how it goes after he rests up.

And seriously, I'd love to hear your experiences! This is new to me. Cheers.

Yes. I hope Bingley comes back, and then we can have the full monochrome spectrum: black, gray, and white with gray. They're a set!

I hope so, too. I think they've got compatible personalities, and Knightley is an experienced daddy cat, so that should all help.

Cute little kitty....I am allergic to cats, but I love them. Hopefully the two will go along well....I am sure they will. And I still hope that Bingley will come back...
