Kitty update

No pics, just a lot of chat catching up. With OT this week, holiday parties, and a new cat in the house, I'm just beat down to my socks.

This is a super-busy month for you. I hope you can get a break over the holidays.

He walked like a boss to his favorite cat toy, obviously so I could entertain him in front of the kitty. I swear he was showing off.

No doubt! Hopefully they'll work out the living arrangements between themselves.

I hope so. It's extra exhausting, trying to build barricades and rescue and console cats who've had too much. Maybe I'll take an extra day off work to try and catch up. That sounds appealing, and I've earned it!

Sounds like it's coming along swimmingly. There's always going to be little tiffs but they'll figure out how they're going to get along.

Wow, you really are the most diligent person in trying to make the lives of these two happy and working to make them get along! I'm sure that after a little fuss and initial awkwardness and sulking they'll be fine. Everyone is better for not being alone.

Aw, thanks so much. I really believe it is so; the two cats were much better off (I thought) than one cat alone. Knightley has the hardest row to hoe here, but I'm hopeful he'll adjust soon.

I'm sorry Knightley is no longer happy, it had seemed like things were going well. We must hope this is just a minor set back and Knightley will come round soon. *pets them*

Thank you, they need petting. As my sister said about Knightley, running hot and cold is better than just running hot!

May all things go well this weekend! I hope Knightly and Tilney soon become fast friends and that there will be much purring and licking. :)

I'm so eager to get to the purring and licking bit, but we're a few steps away. I'm just going to have to be patient. The boys will come along.
