I watched Inception. Shirley got us half priced tickets, and that was all the excuse I needed.

…It didn’t impress me too much to say the truth. Don’t get me wrong, there were some fantastic scenes, it was very exciting, the characters were played out very well and were completely likeable, and not to mention I thought it was an interesting concept ( Read more... )

Props for being the first not stunned by the movie. XD Though I was still rather positively surprised by DiCaprio in the movie. Dunno how it will be on the second viewing, though (promised another friend to see it with her), now that I already know the major plot twists.

Also, is it some sort of a common pastime to fake a foreign nationality over there or something? :"D

The actors were good. Everything was good. Not fantastic per se.
To add a bit of spice to our lives? I 'unno. Many people are like "Finland? Finland who?" so pretending to be from some far away country called neverneverland isn't very hard. I laugh.

Yeah, but... Aren't they worried that they will be eventually found out, especially if, like the "Dutchian" girl above, they don't know shit about the language/geography? o.O

They have firm belief that no one will search it up.

Or they have such an incredibly low opinion of me that they view me as intellectually retarded. 8U

Haven't seen Inception yet. /obvious loser is obvious

Either I'm going to love it to bits and pieces or be all D/ about it but regardless, I think I quite possibly love your for not jumping the bandwagon.

And in other news, I found out that Hayley’s friend whose name I forgot, was Swedish. But when I asked her where her family came from, she answered Copenhagen.

And Denmark cries in joy. *snort*

hahahaha don't worry <3 German proverb says anticipation is the greatest joy. Besides, I still got stoff from London to send to people. I'm so lazy.

Well, I don't really know what the fuss is about. The concept is really simple --it's just a dream within a dream within a dream within a--- and all that Hollywood action really takes away any complexity it has. B/

...But have I mentioned I thought it was good? <3 You should watch it, if you ever find some spare cash/time.

Den just got his capital stolen from him lmao.

I SENT IT VIA SHIP. SORRY, IT WAS REALLY EXPENSIVE AND THE PARCEL WAS HEAVIER THAN I EXPECTED. D: It should come in 4 weeks, and hopefully in one piece. D: I got your postcard from London though~!

I SAW INCEPTION TODAY. I SAW IT.

I agree with you. On everything you said. It's okay, it's different from the usual Hollywood crap but... that's it. It's okay. I don't get the hype either.

I am SO fucking late on this answer, but don't you always apologise, luv ♥ Pu is the Master of Bringing Stuff to the Post Office Months Later and stuff./cough
