when i feel overwhelmed, it's important that i don't look at it all as part of some pattern. attack one problem at a time, like in a very unrealistic ninja movie. and don't let yourself think thoughts that are too grand in scale like, "everything's awful." or "i can't do anything right." when you boil that stuff down, it doesn't actually mean anything.
oh. and chocolate milk. drink lots of chocolate milk.
