Love.
It hurt and Kibum's heart clenched and shattered into thousand pieces when Jonghyun, the love of his life introduced his girlfriend to him.
Tears.
He spent the night in the bathroom, tears flooding his eyes. Jonghyun didn't notice, he was not there.
Promises.
Jonghyun had promised it. He had promised that they would go visit Kibum's grandmother's grave together. Kibum had waited for an hour twenty minutes and forty-six seconds at the grave for Jonghyun to arrive, when he got a text in which the other simply stated, that he had forgotten time at his girlfriend's place and that it was now too late to come.
Disappointment.
Kibum didn't talk to him for a week. Jonghyun didn't seem to care.
Hope.
Kibum never forgot about it. It had been one of their movie-nights, both a little drunk from the great amount of beer they had consumed, while crying their hearts out to Titanic. After the film had ended, they fell into silence, both lost in thoughts and Kibum totally hadn't expected it when Jonhyun faced him, eyes red and puffy and whispered: I'm always afraid to lose you, Kibum. Jonghyun then pecked Kibum's lips before passing out, the last night completely forgotten when he woke up again.
Loneliness.
The next day Jonghyun began ignoring him. Kibum spent the night at his best friend's home, Jonghyun with his girlfriend.
Dreams.
It was flying and feeling light, colours dancing, sparkles glowing, the world so unreal and beautiful, no pain, no sadness, no nothing. Kibum needed more, more and more, so that he could drown in his world of dreams, where he was happy where Jonghyun belonged to him and he belonged to Jonghyun, where there were no fans, no managers, no agency, no rules.
It wouldn't last forever, the light and happiness slowly fading away, leaving Kibum alone, shivering and sobbing, pain taking his body over as he tried his best to grasp new pills.
Pain.
That night Kibum had to get hospitalized because of drug overdose. Jonghyun slapped him for the first time. He never sees Kibum again.
