You've let her get away with shit for far too long. What she's doing is EXTREMELY juvenile, and there's a list of things as long as my arm that she could already be arrested for. Physically assaulting you, for one. Or the internet accounts. Get a trespassing warrant against her, talk to the Windsor Police and file a harassment claim, and if she tries to contact you or sets foot on your property... throw the book at her.
She doesn't deserve you "being nice" anymore, and you're fucking over people who have been nice to you in favour of letting her spoiled little ass get away with whatever she damn well pleases. Stop being a pansy ass about this, and get the law after her for the shit she's pulling
