01. Name a TV show series in which you have seen every episode at least twice:
I've seen the new Doctor Who series all the way through at least twice. I've also seen the first three seasons of Lost multiple times, but I've only seen the 4th season once.
02. Name a show you can't miss:
Lost, Doctor Who and The Office. I also always watch House and Battlestar Galactica, but I don't feel the need to catch it as it airs.
03. Name an actor that would make you more inclined to watch a show:
David Tennant for sure. I've watched several of his shows since seeing him in Doctor Who and have enjoyed all of them. Also Christopher Eccleston, John Simm, and probably Steve Carrell.
04. Name an actor who would make you less likely to watch a show:
I can't think of any at the moment. Usually I'll give any show a chance.
05. Name a show you can, and do, quote from:
The Office. I would also quote from Doctor Who if I thought people would get it. Occasionally I quote from Lost. (Don't tell me what I can't do!)
06. Name a show you like that no one else enjoys:
I can't think of one! TV is sort of a social thing for me, and I end up discussing the shows I watch with at least one person.
07. Name a TV show which you've been known to sing the theme song:
Friends back in the day.
08. Name a show you would recommend everyone to watch:
Doctor Who is a fairly recent obsession. I think everyone should watch Arrested Developement.
09. Name a TV series you own:
Doctor Who, Lost, The Office, and I own several BBC miniseries: Pride and Prejudice, North and South being two of them.
10. Name an actor who launched his/her entertainment career in another medium, but has surprised you with his/her acting chops in television:
I can't think of an actor who has changed media, so I'm going to steal
chloris67's answer and say Tricia Helfer from Battlestar Galactica.

The Office. Also, I still find The Cosby Show hilarious.
