I wouldn't imagine so, no. The people I've mentioned it to so far are game for a game of dress-up. Bring a change of clothes if you're worried. ^_^

I liked the wartime idea!

I wanted to do the flat up as a tube station, with notices and shit, but that would involve more funds and we are eager to get a karaoke machine....also wanted to leave the theme more open to those with not enough money/smaller imaginations.

Hitler outfits/soldiers still applicable with this. :) x

Evil's the way you interpret it. You could either wear something you perceive as being an evil colour, or like a well-known colour associated with evil, or be a character from a book, film etc who is evil. I'm not pure putting a gun to your head and saying dress but, more of a suggestion because it would be more fun if people were steaming and looking not like themselves, more banter etc :) How are you anyway? x
