Is that Pegasus?! Sounds EXACTLY like the call centre I used to work at... it too was supposedly a "holiday survey" when it was just a page out the phone book. I HATED that stressful "you must get x amount of sales or we'll fire you" atmosphere, I only worked there about two months (with hindsight I really don't know how I stuck it out that long!) but about 75% of the folk in there had quit by the time I left.

Also, sorry for the late notice but thanks for the party invite! Holly and I (and maybe Rea) were gonna pop along tonight if that's okay? If so, would you mind letting me know the address? I've only vague memories of its location from last time!

It's not Pegasus, but it's probably the same guys under a different name, haha. What makes it worse is that already I feel like a pure outsider because I'm so much younger. I don't care about stuf like age but all the women in there were talking cattily yesterday about young girls and their lack of manners when I am a young girl, and had spent my whole time being nice to them (introducing myself, going to the shop, etc). Fuckin....RAGE! Aye I don't know how you lasted 2 months doll!

Course it's alright if Holly and Rea come along, what about Ash and Alice? x

Haw Haw, I told you so! :p

On a serious note try and make friends with people you work with, only thing that makes call centres bearable!

See you tonight, I miss you!

Urgh, that sounds shit... what the hell are older women doing working in a call centre like that anyway?! They're clearly just jealous of your youth :P

Ash is away on holiday (I think... I haven't been able to get hold of her) and I think Holdo's ringing Ale to see if she's coming. You looking forward to tonight? I'm glad I don't need to dig out my old devil's halloween costume for it anymore! You're on Argylle Street, right...?

Gnn- selling stuff: it's the devil's work.
My place have stopped looking for folk at the moment, not sure when they will be again. But I'm sure that 3 (mobile phones) are looking for folk, and there's Scottish Gas, who seem to be eternally looking for new people.

All your place does is buy a bundle of phone numbers from a 3rd party: a place I worked for did the same. You get the numbers sold to you in the thousand or 10-thousand, and away you go. Freely available to whoever wants to phone you up for whatever purpose.

Anyway- hope your party was fun- shame I couldn't go.
hey-ho.

Did you get that message about the park on Sunday?

I'll stop rambling now. :)

If the worst comes to the worst Marj you could apply to my work. The hours aren't the hours you're looking for and it Is pretty soul destroying but theyll take you on quickly and it could just be something to tide you by until you get a better job. That's the theory I'm going by just now! xxx
