hey! thanks so much for posting that. i'm too young to have seen interviews from that time so it was really interesting watching it. it's cool to see what Mark and Harrison were like in the 70s. i've gotta say that Harrison has aged very well since this video :D! and that whole joke about Mark missing school was pretty funny. i'm glad they talked about the whole 'hero's hero' thing. and i guess George could tell they had great chemistry together in choosing them for the roles. they're definately cute together here.

do you know what Harrison says at 6:30 of the clip? "He's a [something] youth". i can't make out the word. are you the same Caryn from the Yahoo group by any chance?

I'm glad you enjoyed watching it - it's fun to see something from before the film really got famous! I can't get over how young Mark looks in it - much younger than he does in the film :D. Harrison certainly has aged well. I'll be interested to see him in Indy IV. Yeah, I loved the hero's hero thing too, and I love the way they talked about the things that really mattered in the film - the relationships. I'm just so glad George chose those three. I can't imagine it with anyone else (Nick Nolte as Han!).

Harrison says "He's a callow youth". Yep - I'm the same Caryn from the Yahoo group :). You're Will from the group aren't you?

Mark is so cute back then. (Now I want to see him on the soup opera, even though I don't like soup operas. I would watch it for him. XD.)

Glad you enjoyed it! I know, Mark is incredibly cute in this - he looks younger than he did in ANH :D. I think he's definitely worth watching in anything - even soap operas, and I don't like those either!
