I'll try that next time... I think I thought of a cut as being like an tag, with everything after the cut hidden inside, as opposed to being a container.

I got the recipe... thanks and maybe we'll try it tonight!

Actually, a foot at a time is a decent amount of snow even for mid-winter; in April, of course, it's very unusual, but not unheard-of (obviously :). It was heavy, wet snow too, great for snowmen and snowball fights. Do you see how the tree branches are weighed down in the photo? We wound up with over 90,000 people without electricity from this one.
