but if you take into consideration situation and the 'учитывать реалии каждой конкретной ситуации.', the verdict is going to be more subjective and less objective -based. Right? While I'm not saying that that's not what I want, essentially one could thing that the rules are different for_different people. Which is somewhat the case anyhow (i.e. there are different punishments for people of different class and connections..) Would one law for everyone make the system more "equal"?

I think you're right when you say that the rules, and their application, are already different on practice, and may depend on classes, connections, quality of representation, etc. I think that it is almost impracticable to apply the law truly "equally
