In some cities there may be both an east and west 33 McMillan. This isn't generally done since it tends to cause confusion needlessly. The UPS policy is probably based on that. I imagine the driver knew it was 33 E McMillian but he probably isn't allowed to deliver to anything other than exactly what is on the package ( ... )
