I could be terribly wrong, but I don't feel like I'm going to be hurting tomorrow. When I did the squat weight machine for two of my homebrew workouts, I could certainly tell that I was going to pay the next day (and the next, and some of the next even). But this workout felt like a direct attack against my heart and lungs.
We'll see tomorrow. What's the SI unit of measurement for workout soreness?
Good question, we'll have to ask Koach about that during class tomorrow.
Ditto about not expecting to be sore ... probably because I'd been practicing squats for a week or so. And this was muuuuch more manageable than trying to do as many squats as possible in 60 seconds.
It was a strange feeling, this morning, to be unable to keep doing push-ups not because my pecs or triceps were spent, but because I was sucking wind so bad.
