Lists are useful!

Hitsugaya: A light blue scarf with ice crocheted onto the edges.

Zuko: A red scarf with a symbol of each nation stitched into the corners. Yes, even the Fire Nation. How's that for friendship?

Ginko: Ginko gets a navy blue scarf with seemingly random bits of gold crocheted into the ends. If you put those ends together, however, you'll notice that the pattern seems to go up and down... like a river.

Brook: Brook gets a navy scarf with musical notes stitched into the corners!

Chopper: Chopper's scarf is a warm red - and while Katara has no idea what these flowers mean to Chopper, she's noticed he seems to like them - and has embroidered sakura blossoms along the edges.

Usopp: Usopp also gets a scarf! It's a very nice chocolate brown and she had a really hard time figuring out what to embroider on it, discarding idea after idea. Eventually, though, you get a hammer on one corner and a skull and crossbones (just the regular kind, unfortunately) in the other.

Luffy: Luffy, your scarf is navy as well, and it's been painstakingly embroidered on one end with a very accurate representation of the jolly roger that used to fly above your house and is now hanging in your house. She'd have done both ends, but it took a lot longer than she thought to get it right, and she ran out of time.

Nami: Nami, your scarf's a lovely, rich sage green. In two of the corners, Katara's embroidered fairly good representations of mikans in a muted gold, the other two is a representation of a compass, so each end of the scarf has one each. You also get a prism. Because she thought you'd like it.

Sanji: Your scarf is red, Sanji. And she had a really hard time thinking about what to embroider in it. But eventually, in a very dark navy blue, she makes the representation of a wave going up on the very edges. Also, a dark blue mug with the promise of some special hot chocolate for you in your future.

Robin: Robin, she does not know you that well, but there's no way she's giving presents to everyone else in the house and leaving you out. Your scarf is a lovely deep purple, and embroidered on to the short ends in silver thread is a very simple repeating pattern that most closely resembles a Greek key.

Zoro: Zoro, your scarf is forest green - how could it be anything else? And somehow Katara did not think she could do swords justice by putting them in a scarf, so instead, in a pattern of 'three' on the ends of the scarf she's just done a simple pattern with gold thread all along the edges.

Infinite Undiscovery House: You boys are getting a lovely homemade apple cake and store-bought chocolate covered nuts. Enjoy.

Katie: Will be the proud recipient of a new box of street chalk and crayons.

Derek: Katara remembered - belatedly - that Derek is somewhat impervious to the cold. Therefore he's getting something a little different. She was at the ocean recently and remembered how much his other, younger self loved it... and so she parted the water and dug around for a mostly-smoothed stone that... she cheated by continuing to smooth with her bending in a particular pattern. The stone itself is about two inches, circular on the bottom but at the top it crests into three smaller curves, each one slightly larger than the one before. It's meant to resemble a wave that he can stick in his pocket.

Alexis: Katara doesn't know you that well, kiddo, but she's doing her level best. You get a warm cranberry blanket and a pair of leather, fur lined gloves and a fun looking hat.

Raine: Katara enlisted Sokka's help to make you a perfectly preserved snowflake. She even got him to set it between some magnifying glass so you can see it.

Caesar: ...She wasn't going to get you anything at all, since she still thinks you're a jerk. But you were a really cute kid, and so - what with everything - she ends up getting you a brightly multicolored scarf. Let the trolling begin.

Diana: Diana, your scarf is also a lovely deep purple. And with silver thread Katara's embroidered snowflakes on the ends, because she thinks you'll like them.

Ami: Ami, your present is a small glass vial that Katara's filled up with water from the ocean and strung to a silver chain. It's a long necklace, the kind you can tuck inside your shirt and wear close to your heart. She means it for you to help you remember who you are.

San: San, your present is a forest-green scarf with a lovely dappled-green pattern and a whetstone for your knife.

Vash: Vash, you're getting a scarf too. It's black so it won't clash with your coat and comes with a lovely matching set of fur-lined leather gloves.

Masaomi: You are the proud recipient of - yes - a forest green scarf. Also? A box of spice cookies.

Michael: The green of this scarf totally does not exactly match the shade of your eyes, shut-up.

Kurt: ...you do not need a scarf, so she's momentarily stuck. But you are a boy, so she just resorts to some homemade cookies. She had fun icing them.

Shikamaru: Your scarf is navy blue. She thought about embroidering your initials in one of the corners, but remembered at the last minute you were a ninja, and paranoid, and might not wear it then.

Chouji: Your scarf is black because you wear reddish and it's hard to match things with that. Both you and Shikamaru also get a mix and match of spice cookies.

Shino: A lovely forest green scarf.

Naruto: As lovely a scarf as vibrant orange can be.

Sokka: A chisel and a bunch of flat, familiar looking water-smoothed stone. "For practice."

Suki: Katara strings together a small bracelet of seastones and seashells for you, dear brother's girlfriend. She also got you a bunch of really warm socks.
