 Yesterday I posted about YA author Jessica Verday and the kerfuffle over being told the gay characters in her story would not be accepted by the publisher. I was going to say, Running Press published my book and three others in a M/M Romance series last year. I don't think they'd be bothered by a gay plotline.

RP have been publishing gay books for a good while--fiction, self help and erotica, so I was annoyed how they were being vilified--was very pleased that the editor said "oops, my bAD.."

It is rather interesting how easy it is for people to get riled up. It's no wonder American history is filled with lynchings and tea parties. I tried to be cautious in the wording of my original posting but fear I may have only contributed to the vitriol. If the truth had come out beforehand, I never would have posted in the first place. Oh well, hindsight is something or other...
