so i decided i wanted to try and make some icons and asked my dad for a program i could use, he gave PhotoPlus 6.0-and i have no idea how to use it, he says its easy, but its not -.- can anyone help? or suggest a better program?? thanx!!

Well, I'm using MS Paint lol, and its crap, so sorry can't help...

I tried using MS Paint, but i couldn't figure out that ethier! im just gonna stick to writing!! lol, i *know* how to do *that*!
