There are the westcourt townhouses of ill-repute, I think they are $900 per month for two bedroom town-house, unless they have recently raised the rents.

For $900/month one can find a bunch of better, less sketchy places to live than Westcourt Estates. Pretty much any decent not-too-close-to-schools apartment in Waterloo can be had for under $1000/month.

Yes, we know that such things exist.
However, the point of this post is moreso to get information about specific places.

And yeah, after all the Westcourt drama, I think we'll avoid that.

-Caroline St apartments.
-Richelieu Apartments at 250 Mary St. and Metropolitan Towers at 57 Union St E. (north of King, close to Uptown)
-Near Belmont Village, these are probably okay: Empire Apartments, Park Place Apartments.

I could probably give some more pointers if you need them.

Place I'm in now, http://www.kingsleydev.com/directory/view/index.php?display=more&item_id=2, come in at about 1000 a month for a 1-2 bedroom place. Next to the iExpress. Relatively new and clean.
