I wish I had something more to say.  I should.  I'm the captain.  I should be able to motivate the team, get them going, lead by example.  I still have amazing faith in this team and that will not change

oh maybe I should withold them, how'd that be?? ;) And I know I don't. But it doesn't stop me from being a little grrrrr as you put it. What can I say, you make me grrrr more often than not *smirk* That's not a complaint either.
