Well, Philipinos use lumpia wrappers to make em, I use eggroll ones. Lumpia is like an egg roll, but thinner. So, you take a plaintain, one from the pacific as opposed to the carribean ones, cut it in 1/2, sprinkle some sugar, wrap and fry. I'm gonna make some mixed with cheese cake next.
