How to die... or at least feel like it.

You put so much time and effort into things you sometime forget to take care of yourself. I learned this the hard way! Believe it or not, in the middle of a beautiful Boston summer, I caught the Flu! I spent the past week, days, whatever, as sick as a dog! I don't even remember most of it except for he pain which I'm still in. You know that achy
