Weight lose program.,........

Tomas and I just agreed on a weight lose goal. His goal is to lose aproximetly 30 pounds to get down to a weight of 195. My goal, slightly larger cause i am slightly larger, is a 50 pound weight lose to get down to 225. I have a secondary goal also. It is to be able to bench 300 pounds. heyy marc... i thought i would comment... g*luck on the weight loss thingy... hell i'm on one too!!...we can work out together... except ur in akron hah.... just remember if ur lifting u'll gain muscle and ur weight may stay the same but it may look like u lost weight... i dunno why i had to throw in my two sense.... ttyl buh bye!!
