oh...spraying some nostalgic-flair... qbasic is cool...i guess...i had an intensive night with it in 1998 by the age of 14 and programmed something although i didn't know what programming was about and showed the result to my father, who characterized me as lunatic right after...it was a text-adventure with monkeys and i lost it - thank goodness!
I wanted to learn Qbasic.. I think I tried before... I wrote this program... I called it, "Hi, World!". I know you are probably thinking that it's meant to be 'hello world' but I spiced it up a bit with a cooler greeting, punctuation, and an exclaimation mark.
I can't believe you wrote a love letter to Microsoft. Did you sign it to Bill?
When I worked at BOCC, I learnt how to do Hello World in just about every programming language, and then my contract finished. So that didn't help too much :p
No Yufster, I didn't sign it to Bill! It was signed to Microsoft QBasic Department, if there ever was one.
