He looked at the calendar. Tomorrow is Monday. He looked at the clock. It's eighteen minutes past 2pm. And still, he's not yet finished with these damn homeworks. If not for these, he should have been taking already his afternoon nap which is scheduled every 2pm. Ugh. Why are those teachers giving a load of homeworks when it's just a few weeks before the School Festival? That just added to his work as the School Student Council President. After another hour of doing his homework....
"Waaah! Tsukareta~~" placing his book on its shelf, the chibi boy sighed and dragged his body to his bed. Satisfied on finishing his homeworks, he could now take his afternoon nap. He climbed on the bed and closed his eyes. He was already on the edge of sleeping when suddenly...
"Yuri! Yuri! Yuri! " his mother shouting downstairs. He contemplated whether to get up or to just ignore his mother and continue his sleep. After a few seconds, his mother stopped calling and that's a signal for him to choose the latter. Keeping a smile to himself, he adjusted himself and tried to lull himself again to sleep when suddenly he heard a knock from his door.
Okaasan, please let me just sleep. he thought and tried to ignore the knocks.
The door opened and suddenly two boys came running to him. One jumped on his bed and bounced like a madman while the other shook him like there's no tomorrow. They were squealing and laughing while doing that to him mercilessly.
He opened his eyes with a prepared murderous glare for the whoever the hell tried to interrupt his sleep, only to see his two lunatic friends grinning at him.
"You better say something that makes sense or else I'll send you to hell." He casted his sharp glare to the two who quickly distanced themselves away from him acting like they're scared for their lives. Not for a minute though, cause they immediately casted him a grin. Tsk. These guys.
"Chii! Keito's going home!" The two boys named Yuto and Inoo said with excitement in their voice.
"Hontou?! " Now that casted away his sleepiness. Keito is their friend since childhood but he went overseas a year before they graduate from high school. Back then, they were known as a trio who rules their class: Yuri, Keito and Inoo. Where's Yuto, you may ask? He's the one being bullied by the trio.
They weren't the typical school bullies though. They were very friendly to everyone actually... except for Yuto. They called him in their group. But the three remained as The Trio and Yuto became the The Trio's Servant. Why? Honestly, Yuri cannot remember how it exactly started but all he remembered is that it has something to do with Inoo. For the three of them, Inoo is the most gentle next to Keito. That's why when Inoo began targeting Yuto without explaining why, they knew that Inoo has a reason though he won't tell them. Keito and Chinen pitied Yuto though, that's why they just pat Yuto's shoulder behind Inoo's back after the latter is finally satisfied in bullying Yuto for the day. A few months after, Inoo's bullying gradually decreased until one day Yuto became officially a part of their group. A year before their high school graduation, Keito went overseas along with her mother. Which left Chinen, Yuto and Inoo as they were now.
"Yup. He's in the group chat an hour ago. And Yuto and I were online when he said he's finally going home a few days from now." Inoo said, sitting on Chinen's study table, flipping his books and others.
"What?! Why is it so sudden? That gorilla, he should have said it to us earlier." Chinen complained but with a smile on his face.
"He's shocked too, you know. Anyway, he suggested to have a class reunion since according to him, he missed everyone." - Yuto
"And since I see that you're done with your homeworks and the stuffs you need to check for the festival, then why don't you organize for the reunion?" Inoo said while grinning at him.
"What?! No way! I just finished my hellish works. Why me?" Chinen pouted.
"Coz you're good at this stuffs?"- Yuto
"Exactly"- Inoo
" Inoo- sempai~~~" Inoo-sempai Chinen's endearment to Inoo when he wants something from Inoo. Chinen turned to Inoo, batting his puppy eyes to the older, praying that it will work. Inoo paused and sighed then smiled- a sign of defeat.
Huh, I win!!! Chinen thought. But then.... Inoo grinned.
"Gomen Chii. That won't work for now, you know. Don't worry, you won't work alone anyway. We'll still help you. It's just that you'll be the one to lead." Inoo said patting Chinen's head.
"Right. So let's start planning tomorrow ne. I'll prepare our class list and give it to you tomorrow."- Yuto
Chinen sighed. He guess there's no way that these two will let him win. And so with another of sigh of defeat, he nodded. And the two laughed while patting his shoulders. Huh, friends. A few minutes after, the two boys left leaving the chibi Chinen to himself. He lied again to his bed, covered his body with the comforter and closed his eyes.
Class reunion means meeting old friends, old classmates and.... old love. He wondered, will he come? And before sleep took over him, he muttered....
"Ryosuke~"

Yay! After a long time, I finally put this into writing.
Ryosuke is not yet on this chap though and this is short.
btw, this is semi- based on a true story.
And I dedicate this to that person- the one who got away. Lol
