I don't know how big the Vancouver Chinatown is, but you could always have Adam's parents look for it down in the bay.

That's exactly what I'm doing, actually! I just emailed his mom to ask her to go to the Imperial Tea House because I've had their Tie Guanyin and it's legit.

p.s. Vancouver Chinatown is huge. We also have almost entirely Chinese suburbs like Richmond. I'm sure we have it here somewhere, I just don't know exactly where.

[This] is the tea house I go to near me, I'm pretty sure they have international shipping and they are all really great people with a really reputable business. I've heard that the owner of the place was the first woman certified as a tea master in China and she does free tea tastings every Friday to talk about tea and let us all try new kinds. I think my fav is this Taiwanese oolong called Ali Sha Jin Xuan (but I probably spelt that wrong). They also have incredible pu`er- black AND green. Pretty sure I've had Tie Guanyin before too.
