Attendance: Thanks to everyone who could make it out for the old Tin Ebsen show at Swayze's. It was alot of fun to have folks there. I appreciate everyone dropping by.
Laminate: Looking into replacing the carpet with laminate floors.
Benefits: Our Dogs do better on hard floors, Nicer house.
Hopefully we'll be able to get our act together soon about going to the gym. Starting next week I'll only get one mandatory workout a week, so I'll need to start busting into your workouts. Have a good day!
have you tried working out in the morning? I find it is much easier to wake up fresh and workout, then kind of glide through the rest of the day. Then, when you come home from work tired, you can just go to sleep or whatever and repeat.
Maybe doing this for a week, and your energy will be back up to normal and you can start going to the gym at night again. I know exactly where you are coming from, trust me, it can be almost impossible to be motivated to go to the gym after a day of work... though I did it successfully yesterday :) (then ate dinner and passed the fuck out.)
