To be a serial killer, this person would have to kill a minimum of 3 people over a elongated period of time. This is just 4 people killed in the one time period, so it's probably just a run-of-the-mill whack. Plus a serial killer usually gets a sexual thrill from murder.
This town has seen a lot worse than some stabbings and skull bashings. Back when the Renegades ran this place, there were piles of bodies showing up on beaches so badly mutilated they were nearly impossible to identify. We've all seen far worse than this, we'll endure.
Personally, after being wrapped up in that kind of world, I don't condone murder. If there's very little alternative (like, an innocent's life is in jeopardy), then I guess it has to be done, but just killing someone for the thrill or because they rub you up the wrong was is moronic. There are other ways of resolving things without resorting to stabbing and shooting one another...
People earn the opportunity to be stabbed and bludgeoned in the head? Don't think so. I'm more in favour of people rotting in jail with their conscience for the rest of their natural lives. Seems like eternal physical and mental torture is more befitting those people. And the ones that take the law into their own hands and kill, like this newest murderer on our streets.
I just brought it up cause they mentioned that it didn't have to do with "a TTU student arrested the night before" which they probably only mentioned because the police were probably trying to find an angle to pin it on Riku.
An a sword? On a gangleader? Not a typical weapon. Not to mention if you had a katana why would you use a rock to bash their head open? Besides how many people actually own katanas?

This place is a nuthouse.

Actually if you want a real nuthouse, try my homeworld.

...wait. Homeworld? As in, world other than this one? Are you, like, supposed to be an alien or something? Or did I just misinterpret it.

I figured it probably wasn't. Gut instinct's telling me it was earned, esspecially if they weren't Twilight Town locals and not from TTU.
I only mention it because they mentioned Riku. That's all.
