NYE was fun. Spent it round at MJ's where much beer and merriment was had. Of course, buying nerf shotguns on the way also helped. Big thanks to MJ for not complaining about the amount of times he was shot in the face, and for being a lovely host. And for being lovely

Tapeworms tend to bloat you from their mass. And I said healthily. Purposely infesting yourself with parasites is not generally considered healthy.

Just remember - with certain parasites it's considered sexual assault. There's only so far good barristers will get you.

Healthily? Diet is the obvious one, but I'm sure you're on top of that. What excercise are you planning to add? Diet alone is good, but excercise will shift it faster and keep it off.

Going to try and go swimming at least once a week. Unfortunately with my commute I have virtually no free time during the week.
