There are loads of nice houses for sale near us as well, in case you're interested? I've been hunting some down for Andy who also wants a house. Even if you do decide to stay in your current area of Manchester, the housing market means that now is quite a sensible time to buy.

We were thinking that too.

What sort of price range is it around your area? We like where we are currently, but are open to options.

Within a mile of our house the prices range from about 80K to about 280k depending on which direction you're walking in and how many bedrooms you want. If you want a decent three-bedroomed terrace you can get one for under 90k, but nice three-bedroomed semis will be around 120k.
We're quite a good area on account of only being 8 minutes from the centre by train, but still having lots of parks and green spaces. Plus there's enough of us in walking distance that you need never game at Fanboy again :)
